Communication Tools
Your local texting number, such as 443-328-0521, along with your 888-number, will be permanently deleted. All associated communication data—including call logs, text messages, call recordings, emails, and social media direct messages across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Google Maps chat—will no longer be accessible. To retrieve future messages, you will need to log in directly to each respective platform. Additionally, all SMS automations, including missed call responses, order confirmations, and general alerts, will cease immediately.

Social Media & Online Engagement
Automated social media posting will be discontinued, and you will be responsible for handling all postings manually. Daily engagement tasks such as responding to comments and direct messages, sending follow invites, reposting mentions and tagged content, and monitoring missed calls will fall under your direct management. AI-generated responses to reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook will no longer be active, and you will need to manage responses manually across all platforms, including Yelp, Apple Maps, and TripAdvisor.

Website & Email Infrastructure
Your store email (e.g.,[email protected]) and any custom domain email addresses will stop functioning. These services, which rely on Google Workspace and are included in your monthly fee, cannot be continued independently. If you choose to reinstate these emails in the future, a $300 reactivation fee will apply to reset custom email and IP settings. Your domain name (e.g., hangryjoeseldersburg.com) will not be renewed unless the $40 annual fee is paid. Website hosting will be taken offline, which means that features such as digital waivers, job applications, fundraising or franchise inquiry forms, catering request forms, customer feedback, and web chat functionality will no longer be available.

Platform Data & Tools
All QR codes, direct mail templates, and media files hosted within the platform will be permanently deleted. Invoicing tools, such as Stripe, and web forms like “Join the Flock” will also be removed. Additionally, any stock images or videos provided by GO Agency are licensed for use only through the platform. Continued use outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action from licensing companies such as Getty Images.

Advertising & Analytics
All advertising campaigns, including those on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and AdRoll, will be terminated. You will be solely responsible for creating, managing, and funding any future ad campaigns. GO Agency offers one hour of free transition support. Additional assistance is available at a rate of $99 per hour or $315 per hour for support from principal owner Micah Gaudio.

Reactivation Policy
Should you choose to resume services at a later date, a reactivation fee of $693 will be required. Any previously negotiated promotional pricing, such as $99 per month, will no longer be valid. Service will resume at the standard base rate of $297 per month.
